Connor is such a wonderful, loyal dog. He's adjusting very well to life in his fosters home. His favorite spot is to lie between his foster parents. You can always find him with his nose or back on resting on their feet. He is also very comical when you're on the couch because he hasn't quite figured out to get his whole body on it at the same time. So he puts two paws on the couch and tries to snuggle in close with you before he tries to lift his back legs onto it. He also likes to tuck his head under your arm or between you and the couch. He just loves hugs and pets! Basically, he just loves to be close to people. He will lean on you as you pet him and snuggle in as close as he can. One of his foster parents favorite things about him might be his tail wagging - it is constantly motoring! What a happy guy.
Connor knows the basic commands and will patiently sit for you and allow you to put his leash on, even though you know he is excited to go for a walk. He loves to explore every bush if you'll let him and I think he would love going on runs with his owners once it gets cooler.
Connor does this little grunt when you scratch him really well - he LOVES it and is so cute to watch! He also gets a nice little snore going when he's in deep napping mode. If he encounters people on a walk and can't go see them, he'll prance a little bit to show off. He's such a sweet and silly dog. People will instantly fall in love with him - just like we did! If you're interested in this sweet, goofy boy, don't wait long, he won't be here long!!
Connor weighed 65.3 pounds when we rescued him from the kill list.
