Ariel's Story...
Ariel is an adorable purebred Australian Shepherd that is pure white, except for a little spot on her hip. She currently looks like a little polar bear. She is beyond adorable! She was born on 02/20/10. She is completely DEAF, her eyes, though not perfect she sees very well. She is sweet, playful...can jump four feet high...and runs like the wind. She loves to snuggle and lay around with you. She LOVES water. She will shower with you, play in the hose or swim if you let her! She is learning her doggie manners and has already mastered the doggie door. She does not like to be crated...but, we are trying to work on that. She is learning how to walk on a leash. She is going to be a good sized girl. She is already over 30 pounds. Ariel's shots are up to date. She will be spayed and micro chipped when age appropriate.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ariel, a Mesa Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Mesa, or seeking a Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Mesa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mesa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mesa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mesa paves the way for another one to be saved.
