Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This incredibly unique girl is Betty Boop. This silly and oh so loving 4 year old gal is one unbelievably wonderful dog!
Betty Boop is now one of the happiest dogs I've ever seen. She went from a hopeful girl with a sweet little grin in the shelter to a boisterous fun loving dog with a huge pitty smile.
Betty absolutely cannot believe her good fortune. She is one of the lucky ones that some how made it out of the shelter. After almost 4 long months of waiting while never giving up hope or losing her sweet smile this girl finally make it to the big time.
Betty has now found herself in a loving foster home with her own human and puppy brothers to keep her company.
Betty was looking a little skinny and shabby in the shelter, but you have got to see her now. This beautiful girl has come into her own, she is all muscle with a truly unique and oh so shiny coat.
This sweet gal is a true diamond in the rough, somehow unnoticed in the shelter till she almost ran out of time we think that Betty is truly one of the great pit bulls out there just hoping for there chance at new forever home.
At already 4 years of age she is perfect for a mature family or single person with a busy schedule that doesn't want a dog needing a lot of house and other training. Meanwhile she sitll have tons of youth and enthusiam and loves to go hiking, camping, out for long walks, or just cuddle up on the couch and snuggle.
Here is a note from Betty's foster mom:
"She is really a sweet dog! She still has a lot of puppy in her believe it or not.
She has discovered playing with the ball and is now her new favorite
past time. She will run non stop for hours if we let her. She even
holds the ball in her paws and chews on it while lying on her back. She
makes me laugh every day. She sleeps in a bed on the floor next to us
every night and is even aware of our schedules. She woke us up at 4:00
AM this morning to make sure that Rob got up to go to the gym (even
thought it was not his day.) One of our favorite things about her is the
smile. There is nothing better than a dog that smiles at you. You really
know that she is genuinely happy. All she wants is to be loved and is
happy that she has people. "
Come meet our sweet girl today!
