Elvis's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Elvis's Story...
Elvis is a purebred, 1 1/2 yr. old, neutered male, Bluetick Coonhound. Elvis is a great dog, healthy, sweet-natured, loves to play with kids and other dogs, doesn't really like cats though. He knows some basic commands, and has been started on his house breaking, and is crate trained. He is good in the car, getting better on leash, and would make a great hunting buddy or work buddy. He loves the outdoors, but also loves to be inside with you.

If you are interested in meeting/adopting Elvis please go to www.utahlabrescue.com and fill out an online application, thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elvis, a Provo Bluetick Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bluetick Coonhound for sale in Provo, or seeking a Bluetick Coonhound dog from a breeder in Provo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Provo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Provo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bluetick Coonhound breeders who help with Bluetick Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Provo paves the way for another one to be saved.
