This is Gracie!
She is a 1 yr old female maltese/lhasa apso mix weighing about 24lbs. She's up to date on her shots, spayed and housetrained She will ring the bell put on the back door handle to let you know she wants to go outside.
Gracie is a smart little girl and eager to please. She knows sit, stay, down, lay down, get in your bed. She is very gentle and is good with kids. With new adult people she is shy at first. She doesn't come running toward them for attention, she likes to check them out first. Once she gets used to them she enjoys being petted.
Gracie does well with dogs and cats.
Gracie has a great spirit and will be a wonderful companion. She is very quiet and rarely barks inside. When she is outside you may occasionally hear her barking at something.
Gracie requires to be groomed and bathed on a regular basis. The cost of this varies but can run about $35-$50 a month. She's not to crazy about it but knows it makes her LOOK good!

Anyone interested in our dogs or cats will be required to fill out an adoption contract which includes a home visit by one of our volunteers.
All our dogs will be spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and heartworm free and all our cats will be spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and Feline Leuk and FIV free.
We do ask for a $160/dog and $110/cat adoption donation.
