Doc Hollywood's Story...
Doc Hollywood is a wonderful dog! Our rescuers found little Doc scrounging in a dumpster. He came out with an old, withered apple, which he proceeded to eat. You know a dog is hungry, when he resorts to eating an old, rotten apple. Clearly, Doc had been on his own for awhile. He was so happy to be rescued! Now, he has plenty of food, and loves to play with his foster brothers and sisters. Now that he is happy and safe, his personality has really come out, and he is a cutie. He is playful and loves attention, but isn't rowdy or hyper. He has such an odd, slender face that is adorable. He would be a great addition to any family. Please note that Doc Hollywood is being fostered in Tennessee; therefore, it would not be possible to meet him prior to adoption. The $425 adoption fee covers the cost of neutering, all immunizations and the cost of transport to your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Doc Hollywood, a White Plains Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in White Plains, or seeking a Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in White Plains.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in White Plains already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a White Plains breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in White Plains paves the way for another one to be saved.
