Lola's Story...
Lola is a 14 week old Boxer Pit Terrier mix who ended up in a high kill NYC shelter where she would have surely gotten sick since she was such a young age and her immune system is not fully developed yet. She was rescued and placed in foster care in Rockland where she is socialized with dogs and people and is doing great. These breeds are incredibly intelligent and loyal and can be trained well. Please consider offering this young pup a great family life. Call Ruth at 718-809-7628 or email at ruth0825@yahoo.com or call Ira at 347-842-8829 or ijkb@aol.com Adoption fee is $250 for this lovely vetted and spayed pup!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Brooklyn Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
