Bruce's Story...
Well hello there! My name is Bruce (I was named for The Boss of course!) I am a very energetic little guy who likes to play outside with the other dogs all day! And then I like to snuggle up in bed for the night when I am tuckered out. I have to admit that I am not overly found of being kenneled, I really do a great job at staying out of trouble when my foster mom is not home. I have had many people tell me that I am pretty quiet for a Chihuahua, And they also remark that I am not one of those shaky little dogs either. I would love a home with other active dogs so that I do not get bored! If you think you have room in your family for me please email my foster mom at stellablue37@gmail.com. She will send you an adoption application and set up a home visit so you can meet me! My adoption fee is $200, which includes my vaccinations and neuter. Can't wait to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruce, a Ft. Collins Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Ft. Collins, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Ft. Collins.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ft. Collins already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ft. Collins breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ft. Collins paves the way for another one to be saved.
