Mac's Story...
Arooooo!! Its me!! Mac! I am a 3 year old tricolor beagle! I was abandoned on the streets in Maricopa County. Luckily someone took me in and tried very hard to find my family. But they dumped me out there, so the best thing they could do was to contact Arizona Beagle Rescue to find me a place to live. So, currently I am living in a foster home with several other critters. Dogs, cats, rabbits, you name it! These people have everything here! They are treating me like a king!

So, meanwhile they are searching for a new family for me. And they still need to find out more about me. They keep telling me what a handsome boy I am. What do you think? Am I a good looking beagle?? Maybe you might like to have me join your pack? That would be awesome!! Please take me with you!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mac, a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
