My name is Rue!

Boxer Dog for adoption in Waterloo, New York - Rue

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Rue's Info...

I am housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Rue's Story...
Rue is a beautiful young female purebred Boxer. She was surrendered to the shelter by her owners who could no longer care for her. Rue will do best in a home with no children and with no cats. She does get along with other dogs. She is a quiet girl who walks well on a leash. A fenced yard is a must for Rue in her new home along with a home visit before adoption. Experience with the breed is preferred, but not a must. She will be spayed prior to adoption. (Invisible fencing not acceptable as a dog can go right through it and not look back)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rue, a Waterloo Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Waterloo, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Waterloo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waterloo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waterloo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waterloo paves the way for another one to be saved.
