Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Pebble's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Pebble's Story...
Pebble's time was up at a rural shelter. Rescues were contacted but none had room. Fortunately one of the wonderful volunteers just couldn't see her get euthanized and she brought her home and kept her until a rescue had room. This is how she came to Friends. Pebble is just a young dog full of energy - she loves everybody and everything! Just a very happy-go-lucky dog looking for an energetic family. Pebble would greatly benefit from some obedience training\. She still enjoys chewing, so please keep her entertained with some fun dog toys when you're gone. She is sure to enjoy them!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pebble, a Aldie Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Aldie, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Aldie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aldie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aldie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aldie paves the way for another one to be saved.
