My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mona is a @ 5 year old fawn horsecoat female with the cutest freckled nose. She is a petite little girl weighing approximately 35 lbs. Poor Mona has had a rough life but you would never be able to tell it by her loving personality. Mona is heartworm positive but will be finished with her treatment soon. We don't believe she was around other dogs in the past and was very unsure about her foster brother and sisters at first but warmed up to them quickly. She tolerates her foster puppy sister but is very quiet and is content just to lay around getting petted and giving kisses. Mona would need a quieter household because she gets overwhelmed at times and retreats to a quiet place. Mona has perfect house manners and even taught herself how to use to doggy door. She is hoping that a forever home will be waiting for her when she finishes her heartworm treatment.
