Goose's Story...
Goose is a friendly, outgoing, affectionate and playful male beagle. He is approximately 3 years old and weighs 23 pounds. Goose received his name because he was buddying around the shelter with a goose. Goose loves people and gets along beautifully with other dogs and other animals. He is great with people of all ages and would make a wonderful family pet. He has received his distemper, bordatella and rabies vaccines. He has also been microchipped, is heartworm negative and is neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Goose, a Old Bridge Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Old Bridge, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Old Bridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Old Bridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Old Bridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Old Bridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
