Apple's Story...
Apple is a 1.5 year old German shepherd mix/. She is crate trained at night and an awesome dog. She loves to play with other dogs and kids. One of her favorite things to do is carry tennis balls or squeaker toys around in her mouth. You can often find her lounging about on a bed or couch. She is doing very well with being housebroken and loves to be in a yard or on her leash. She is currently being fostered in the NE and would love a family of her own. Does Apple sound like a dog for your family? If you are interested in Apple you can contact her foster mom Yuvonne @ 603 216 5695. Apple is a sweet little girl waiting for a new home and is ready to adopt now. Apple is up to date on vaccines and spayed. Want to meet Apple?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Apple, a Rochester German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Rochester, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
