Princess von Haritons's Story...
Princess von Haritons is a stunning 14 month old German Shepherd. Princess is a drop dead gorgeous super model. It's interesting that a lot of people want a female for the temperament, but want their female to look like a handsome male. Well...here she is. Princess was kenneled with our lady Ariel at a busy high kill shelter. They comforted each other and curled up together. She is a fairly big girl. She needs to pack on another 20 lbs. She possibly will hit 80-85 lbs. if not more when she is at full weight. She is sensitive and always aware and concerned around her environment. She wants to know the world is a happy place. A sweet gentle male will probably make her the happiest if you have another dog. If not, she will thrive in a loving family environment. Princess hung out at our busy Saturday adoption day and was a happy camper and loved the attention. She is just gorgeous. Another one of those dogs that get oohs and ahhhs everywhere.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess von Haritons, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
