Joy's Story...
Hi everyone, I am Joy. You see someone dumped me on some property in Mo . That's a bad thing.... then when I didn't think I would ever be loved , Nicole and Derrick came along and found me.... The minute they touched me I knew I would be OK. They took all the ticks off me and took me to the vet. I got new toys , a new bed and everything I wanted to eat. They wanted to keep but couldn't so they gave me to a very happy place called Harley's Hope. There are so many dogs to play with, I live in the house, and have soooooo much fun. Isn't life great. Now all I need is a new furever home. Everyone that touches me just falls in love with me, they say I am sooooo sweet. Can you be my new home? If so call.. (870) 688-4723 I will be spayed when I am old enough .

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joy, a Harrisburg Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Harrisburg, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Harrisburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
