Suho's Info...

I am up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Suho's Story...
Suho is a 3-year-old, 7-10 lb Yorkie who was rescued from a local shelter where he had been surrendered to. He walks nicely on leash and knows "sit" and "stay". He is an outgoing little guy, but may bite if grabbed by new people, so should go to a home with no young kids. He is good with cats and other dogs.

Please note that Little Mutts Rescue adoption fees are generally $400 for adults, and $450 for puppies. Includes spay / neuter, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchip, and a vet certificate of health (please note that if puppies are born in Calgary, we do not have a vet certificate to provide). If you are interested, please submit an adoption application - http://www.littlemuttsrescue.org/adopt/index.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Suho, a Calgary Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Calgary, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Calgary.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Calgary already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Calgary breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Calgary paves the way for another one to be saved.
