Spot's Info...

Spot's Story...

Simply put a bunch of 'Crazy dog people'!! We are a group of 15 individuals who love dogs so much that we will travel basically anywhere to save one from being euthanized. We are enthusiastic individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile - adopt one of our dogs today so we can save another life tomorrow!

Need BOARDING! several of our members have acreage in the country - they love to petsit. All the proceeds from our members petsitting goes to support the rescue efforts. For $15 a day your dog or dogs can play CAGE FREE all day by running in the woods(fully fenced, of course) swimming in the pools, chasing squirrels and birds in the fields and we even have a beach with real beach sand at one of our homes! We are all very responsible pet owners and know exactly how you worry about your kids being safe at all times - so no worries with us as we all have dogs of our own and know exactly what they want! Boarding services are insured for the safety of your pet.

Adopting a friend

You can adopt a dog on our website by emailing the rescue - a volunteer will arrange a time to meet with you and bring the desired dog.

Emailing the rescue is the most effective way to contact us.
PETSMART ADOPTION EVENTS EVERY SATURDAY at the Cascade Ave location (accross from Washington Square).
We also hold events at the same location on Thursdays and Fridays so email to get the times for those days as they may vary based on how many dogs are available for adoption.

We are extremely strict on our return policy - if you adopt a dog from us you must agree in writting that the dog will be returned to us if you cannot keep him/her. Additionally we will only consider homes in which the dog will be an INDOOR-ONLY dog - even if the dog is not housetrained. No outdoor dog runs, tie outs or garage dogs. Most of our dogs require familes with no childeren under the age of 10. Some dogs require very special homes and we insist on the right to screen every adopter based on the needs of the individual dog.

Spot is a fantastic dog! He just needs another dog to keep him company during the day as he has not learned how to be the only dog in the house and gets lonely. He is perfect in all other areas, housetrained, calm, loving, obedient. Adoption fee is $300

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spot, a Aloha Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund for sale in Aloha, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Aloha.

 1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aloha already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
 2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aloha breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
 3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aloha paves the way for another one to be saved.
