Princess Chow's Story...
This poor girl was found as a stray and brought to the city pound. She was on the list to be euthanized at 3pm and was saved with only minutes to go thanks to a group of networking ladies who contacted Buster's Friends. Please help us give this girl a second chance. She needs a good caring home. She was a little timid coming out of the cage but showed no aggression. I walked her and she is good on a leash. She looks like she's had a litter in the last year and also appears to have been shaved. She is very mellow and looks like she would make a great pet to someone who has patience.

Princess Chow is around 3yr old. She is updated on shots, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested. Her adoption fee is $100.

Princess Chow will be available for adoption this weekend at
Highland Village (next to Williams Sonoma)
4056 Westheimer Rd; Houston, TX 77027
Saturday 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday 11am to 3 pm

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess Chow, a Houston Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow for sale in Houston, or seeking a Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow breeders who help with Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
