Sasha's Story...
Hi, I am SASHA!! They tell me that I am an attractive, gal, a 2 yr old Black and White Malamute, Husky. (Ok, so I think I am a beauty too!)

I am a very happy and playful gal. I like some dogs but not all. I am currently learning to not be possessive with my toys. The volunteers are working with me to shed this habit, but I may be best suited in a home with an experienced dog lover.

SASHA is updated on her shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Her adoption fee is $100.

SASHA will be available for adoption this weekend
at Highland Village (next to Williams Sonoma)
4056 Westheimer Rd; Houston, TX 77027
Saturday 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday 11am to 3 pm

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a Houston Alaskan Malamute/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Alaskan Malamute/Husky for sale in Houston, or seeking a Alaskan Malamute/Husky dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Alaskan Malamute/Husky breeders who help with Alaskan Malamute/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
