My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lacey was Obviously starving and looking for food, when this sweet Pitty girl was found outside of a business in La Vergne. A woman working there gave her bowl after bowl of water and this timid girl started to really come around. The woman already has 6 rescue dogs of her own and just can NOT take in another dog. This dog was too sweet to be taken to the shelter so she reached out to the rescue community in Nashville to help find her a home.

She is a VERY sweet dog, not aggressive at all. We got her a little kids plastic swimming pool to play in and keep cool and the she LOVES IT!!! She is very playful and wants nothing more than LOVE. She has a scar down her back from a wound that obviously needed stitches at the time she was injured, but never got proper care.

She is very friendly with every new person she meets. She is good with other dogs. She has not been around any cats so we are not sure how she is with them. She is also being fostered in a home without children so we do not know how she is with kids.

She is a very young dog, we think less than a year old. She does not seem to have any behavior issues so as soon as her adopted family gets her into obedience school so that they can learn to teach her their rules and house hold guidelines, she will do just fine with a family!

She is ready to find her forever home and be showered with lots of love and kisses!!!
