Chadam's Story...
Chadam (male)
Hi! My name is Chadam and I am a male, 2-3 month old tan, mixed breed puppy. I am very sweet and playful. I am a little shy, but I love to be held and stroked. I'm a little skittish at first, so younger kids may scare me with their fast movements. I currently live with my 3 brothers, 1 sister, and an adopted family of 3 bigger dogs. I weigh about 5 pounds. I was rescued by my current owner after being abandoned at a dumpster. She took donations to feed us. She does not have the money to get us fixed or take us for shots and she would like to give us to a loving family that could. If you're looking for a great friend, you'll be pleased with me!
If you would like to meet me, please call Melissa Hartman at 318-608-8973 (Spearsville, LA) or email her (preffered) at heartbreakwarfare09@hotmail.com. There is a screening process to adopt me and my adoption fee is $30 (which will be donated to Pet Savers), plus you'll get a low-cost unpaid voucher to get me spayed/neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chadam, a Haughton Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Haughton, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Haughton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Haughton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Haughton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Haughton paves the way for another one to be saved.
