Savannah's Story...
Savannah is a beautiful 5 yr old black tri female. She is sweet and loving but somewhat shy of new people; she does warm up quickly. She's fine with other dogs and cats.

Savannah would be best in a home that is patient and understanding as she is a bit submissive, she just lacks confidence as she was pretty much confined to her previous owners property. This does not diminish the fact she's a really nice dog!

Savannah is fostered in Groveland (near Clermont)

Our adoption fee is $250.00 (over 10 yrs $125.00), this helps cover some of the dogs expenses. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date with vaccinations, heartworm tested and on preventative. You must be willing to travel to the dog to meet/adopt .

If interested in adopting, please complete our Adoption Application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Savannah, a Orlando Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
