Trio's Info...

Trio's Story...
I'm Trio and I'm a very pretty lady! Please don't think I will be a diva just because I'm this gorgeous. I'm actually a spunky girl who would love to play with you! I'm always up for chasing a string around or following a laser pointer. You don't even have to get up! I'll do all the work and you can enjoy watching me. Please give me a try! All I need is a forever home that will give me all the attention a cat as beautiful as me deserves, and maybe let me snuggle up with you when I get tired. I am five years old so I've got some of that kitten nonsense out of my system. If you're lonely for a constant companion, we might very well hit it off. Who knows, I might rescue you right back!

Trio's adoption fee is $40; she's up to date with routine shots, litter box trained, micro-chipped and is altered.

Some of our dogs/cats are in foster homes; please call the shelter to check on their location. For more information on Trio, please call 618-282-7387.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trio, a Columbia Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
