9/27/10: Bella has arrived in Maine! Her foster mom reports that she is doing just fine. She is very playful and the other dog in the house enjoys someone to romp around with.

Bella loves any dog bed that is available and has been enjoying chewing some bones. She is a SNORER! Quite cute!

She has been fine with the foster's four-year-old daughter. Bella also enjoys car-rides. She travelled to a soccer game and seemed to like the activity. Smart Bella even goes to the door when she needs to go out. She's a bit of a tugger on the leash, but her foster family is working with her on that. Her foster mom says, "Her happy attitude is contagious!"

9/3/10: Bella is a precious and beautiful Labrador Retriever/Border Collie mix puppy and is seven months old. She has a sweet and playful personality. Bella enjoys going for walks and is learning to be housebroken. She loves to run and play in the shelter yard where she has so much fun with the toys and playing tuf-of-war. Bella is an affectionate dog who loves to be held and cuddled and give puppy kisses. She is a bright puppy who should be easy to train. Bella does well with people of all ages and also gets along with other dogs. She was friendly with the cats we tested her with and wanted to play with them.
