Blondie's Info...

I am purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Blondie's Story...
Blondie (named by a 4 year old...you can choose a new one!!) is an adorable gal. She's about 4 months old, beautiful yellow lab baby. She's been wormed and had her first shots. She'll need to be spayed as soon as your Vet says she is old enough. NOT housetrained yet...but smart as a whip so should pick it up fine. Right now she is in a temporary boarding kennel type situation, so she just hasn't had a chance yet to live in a house and learn!
Playful, loving and friendly...someone DUMPED her on a farm in the country. (happens all the time...MEAN people!!!!) But she is happy and healthy now and ready for a new forever home.

Somewhere with kids would be ideal. NO CHAINS, NO TETHERS. NO PENS. This darlin baby needs to be a member of your family!!!! Fenced yard required, as labs love to run!!! Adoption fee $60, plus a $50 spay/neuter deposit that can (If you want) be returned to you once proof of spay/neuter is sent from a Veterinarian (or you can consider it a tax deductible donation to the Humane Society).

Need 2 dogs???? Check out "Boots" (in one of the pictures with Blondie too!) They were dumped together, and are quite attached!!! Discounted adoption donation of $100 for both, and only one $50 spay/neuter deposit required.

Great with kids, other dogs (even tiny ones!), seems ok with cats. LOVES toys and rawhide bones!

Please email nwmohumanesociety@grundyec.net with your name, address, phone and info about why yours would be the perfect forever home for her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blondie, a Cainsville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Cainsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Cainsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cainsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cainsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cainsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
