My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Molly is a pretty Beagle girl. She is friendly and has a delightful personality and fabulous disposition that Beagles are famous for. She is approximately 3 years old and weighs 21 pounds. She gets along well with other pets (cats and dogs), but she seems shy around young children. She simply may not have been around them very much before. Molly is current on routine vaccinations, spayed, crate trained, and microchipped. Molly has tested positive for heartworms--a very curable condition with proper treatment and aftercare. Molly started treatment 6/6/06 and needs 4-6 weeks afterwards to rest and recuperate. We have every reason to believe she will make a full recovery. Molly will not be ready to go to her forever home until the middle of July '06.

Molly's heartworm treatment has been generously sponsored through a private donation made by Simone F. Rones. Thank You, Simone!

Molly is not at a shelter where you can come to meet her. All Safe Hounds Beagles live in loving foster homes. Prospective adopters must submit an adoption application prior to meeting our dogs. Please email us to learn more about adopting a Beagle friend and to request an adoption application.
