This is Oscar! He is a 13 week old Shih Tzu/Maltese mix. Oscar will be adopted out on a spay/neuter contract, is UTD on his puppy shots, given a clean bill of health from the vet, and a really SWEET little boyl. If you are interested in adopting him, please email his foster mom (crestedmommy@yahoo.com)for an application. No children under 10 in the home please and a fenced in yard is preferred. Oscar's adoption fee is $350.
