My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Captain Jack is a gorgeous, friendly and sweet, brindle-colored American Staffordshire mix that is looking for a loving forever home to call his own! He is a young male that is approximately 2 years old. He is medium sized and weighs about 55 pounds. Sadly, he was found as a stray and ended up at a shelter where he was to be euthanized...thankfully Lucky Dog was able to save his life and give him another chance to find the forever family he deserves to have. He is such a nice boy that is very well-trained and has excellent manners. He knows all of his basic commands, is crate-trained and housebroken. He would make a perfect addition to any family!

Captain Jack is very healthy, neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested, de-wormed, and up-to-date on rabies, bordatella, and distemper vaccines. He is on a readily available grain-free diet which keeps him healthy. For more information on Captain Jack or to get an adoption application, please contact Melia at melia88@comcast.net. His adoption fee of $200 benefits rescued dogs. He is currently in a foster home in Chicago, IL.
