Hello friends. My name is Mr. Ziggers although my friends call me Ziggy. I am an incredibly loving, incredibly sweet 70 pound lab/pointer mix who will make the perfect companion for someone very lucky. I just turned 8 years old and my world has been turned upside down. I never wanted to be one of those guys that wrote the sob stories, hoping that someone would feel sad for me and take me in. Yes, I can be a sensitive boy and I have written many poems about the changes I have experienced this year but I will keep those locked away in my secret journal until I find my new family and I can look back on these times from the comfort of my new abode. I have lived with my mom since I was just a little pup and we have lived a beautiful life together. But things have changed and although she is incredibly sad, she and I both know that what is best for me is to find a new place where I can have the attention and love and PLAYTIME that I love so much. I have a new favorite activity - pulling my foster dad on his skateboard! I am such a cool kid!
I am such an easy boy, I get along perfect with other doggies and I love everyone I meet, with the exception of kitties - they don't love the little chase game I so enjoy playing with them. I am friendly and cuddly and will snuggle just as much as you can handle but I am also very active and I love to go to the dog park, play fetch in the yard or go the beach and really get my run on. Yeah, that's a saying we use at the park - makes me sound like one of those younger cool kids who hang out by the hydrant.
I am healthy as a horse, happy as a clam and cool as a cucumber. I have perfect house manners and do just fine staying home while you go to work - I secretly love day time soaps and the Price is Right. When you return home I will talk to you in my funny voice and then I will joyfully prance along while we take our stroll. In short, I am a fantastic 'insta' pet - no training needed! I will bring only joy and happiness and smiles to your world so let's make it official and get this party started
