Piper's Story...
Hi...my name is Piper and I'm looking for a new home. My old family did not have time for me and decided it was time I look for a new place to live. My foster mom picked me up and says I'm a really good dog with a great personality. I'm up to date on all my shots and will be spayed before heading your way. I'm about a year old and I'm already housebroke. I'm also familiar with inviisable fences. I'd like to have a family where I can spend time with the kids. I love to play and like spending time outside. For more information please email rehomeadog@yahoo.com. My adoption fee is $400 which includes all my vetting and my tranportation to you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Piper, a Glastonbury Schnauzer (Standard)/Scottie, Scottish Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Standard)/Scottie, Scottish Terrier for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Schnauzer (Standard)/Scottie, Scottish Terrier dog from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Standard)/Scottie, Scottish Terrier breeders who help with Schnauzer (Standard)/Scottie, Scottish Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
