Gracie's Story...
i am an adorable 2 year old female grey and white cat

I'm a very sweet, graceful feline with very soft, fluffy fur and I'm looking for someone to love, who will love me back! I'm a tad shy when I meet someone new, but once I get to know you I enjoy being petted and if you listen carefully, you'll hear my low purring. I don't mind being by myself during the day while you're at work, as long as you leave me toys and play with me when you're home. Don't worry if you forget, I will gently meow to remind you when it's playtime or when I want to be petted. I have great, healthy eating habits and I like a very clean litterbox. I get along with humans and pets, but I do best in a quiet home
I am spayed with all my shots and have been tested negative

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gracie, a Long Beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
