Betsy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Betsy's Story...
Betsy was a favorite at the Bakersfield shelter - so much so that the head of the shelter called to ask us if we could take her into rescue, because no one in that area showed any interest in her. In fact, Betsy was in the shelter since mid April - and Bakersfield is considered a "high kill" shelter.

Gentle and calm, Betsy will make a great family dog. She wants to please, and will do whatever is asked of her. Betsy gets along well with all the dogs in her foster home, both large and small, and she has the cutest freckles on her belly! As you can tell by her pictures, she is really mellow - she practically fell asleep while we were photographing her!

Come and meet Betsy and see if you think she will fit into your lifestyle - she is a great dog that really wants a home of her own. Betsy weighs in at around 20 pounds, and walks nicely on her leash.
