I'm a real curious dude who wants to check out everyone and everything. I love my foster mom and when she picks me up --- wow, I nuzzle right up to her neck and give her kisses. She loves that!!! But when I'm down again, it's time to have fun. I can check out everything, everywhere. I love to explore and play and run and play and eat and play all day long. Come fill out an applicaiton at www.sdsr.org and make me your forever dog. Toby Tyler's adoption will require his new family to enroll him in Head Start class at the SD Humane Society -

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby Tyler, a San Diego Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
