Hi, my name is Fernando and I am the No. 1 cutest pup in the small dog room!! I am a 3 month old, 14 lb (and growing) Swiss Mountain dog/ German Shepherd mix....a couple of countries were involved in my being here, heh, heh!!
If you are interested in me, which I hope you are, you will have to be prepared with what comes with puppyhood. Whether I will grow up to be a No.1 canine citizen is up to you and your patience with my training. I really want to be the best pooch that I can be. I am looking for an owner that is familiar with my breeds and will be able to take charge of a pup like me.
I am a true puppy...with all of the puppy characteristics, so I will need to go to a home where my human is experienced with pups my age...puppies may look cute, but unless we have a stern but patient companion, we can take true advantage of you, heh, heh!! While I am in puppyhood, can I depend on you to be around most of the time so I don\'t get lonely or bored; will you watch me carefully so that I won\'t chew on electrical cords, furniture or even your shoes; are you willing to make sure that I am never left in the yard unattended; can you forgive me for the occassional \"accident\" during my house-training phase; will you take me through Puppy Kindergarten for my training; will you feed me nutritious food so I can grow up to be healthy and strong; can you give me lots of exercise?? And most important are you willing to love me for the rest of my life????
You may think that this is quite a large order, but I just want you to know what it will be like to have a pup like me! And if you answer yes to all of the questions, we can be forever pals in our forever home for the rest of our lives!!! Puppy kindergarten is a requirement for my adoption.
