Meet Ginny, an adorable 3 year old lab/beagle mix!! Ginny is a petite girl at about 41 lbs and a beautiful fawn color. She adores people and wants nothing more than to snuggle up next to you for a belly rub!
Ginny was adopted from the shelter when she was just a puppy. Her family brought her back when they were moving out of state and could not take Ginny with them. She only spent a couple of days in the shelter before being scooped up and was brought into a foster home. At the shelter Ginny was terrified and came out trembling with her tail tucked between her legs. As soon as her foster mom put her into her car all that changed. She immediately started wagging her tail and licking her new foster mom's face. It's as if she was saying, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
Ginny is beautifully behaved in the house and is completely housebroken. Her foster family works all day and she is perfectly fine in the house uncrated. She gets along well with people and just loves everyone she meets. She is also fine with the cats in the foster home. She is a bit nervous around other dogs however, and would prefer to be the one and only canine in her home. She LOvES playing with toys and will happily run around sqeaking away. She also loves playing fetch. She brings her toys back and drops them at your feet, waiting eagerly for you to throw them again! She loves going for walks around the neighborhood, but does need to learn how to walk calmly without tugging.
Ginny is up to date with vaccinations, already spayed and heartworm negative. If you are looking for a beautiful, affectionate new family member, look no further. Ginny fits the bill!!
