found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.
She is completely housebroken and crate trained and is quickly learning new commands. She has learned sit, down and stay in just the last couple of weeks in her foster home. She loves her treats so training has been easy since she is food motivated. Annabelle gets along well with other dogs but would be best in an environment where she can be the leader of the pack and a dog of the opposite sex is preferable, one that is submissive to other dogs would be best. She loves being the center of attention. She is not familiar with little kids and may try to play with them like she would another dog, making them not the best match for her. Older kids that are dog savvy may be a good match. Homes without cats are also a good match for this girl.
She loves to cuddle and give kisses and has found her ideal dog bed in our laundry basket. She will stand by the door when she needs to go out and brings you her bowl when she is still hungry. She is great on the leash and can’t go a day without her toys. Annabelle is still a puppy, so she will still need on-going training as well as lots of attention. She requires a high level of exercise but she also loves nap time as long as she has someone to snuggle with.
If you think Annabelle would be a perfect addition to your home please fill out an application fo rher after reading about Underdog ResQ’s adoption process - http://www.underdogresq.org/AdoptionCenter/AdoptionProcess.asp. While you are there please check out our website for tons of info on living with a pit bull and how to be a responsible pittie owner - http://www.underdogresq.org/Resources/PitBulls.asp. Annabelle would prefer to find a permanent home in a pit bull friendly town without Breed Specific Legislation like Boston, Lynn, Winthrop and Worcester, MA.
