My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ralph finally was released from the kennels. He is a tiny 9 lb schnauzer, rare or hard to find especially an adult in rescue. He is just a young puppy of 20 months old! His size doesn't stop him from thinking he is a big mini schnauzer. He is salt and pepper in chocolate color with docked tail and cropped ears. He has these big hazel or golden eyes and his body is chocolate colored. .

He has learn to play with the other schnauzers there and has a fenced yard to explore in. He is just a handsome little fellow. Ralph is still shy and jumps at loud noises but he is just coming out of living in a crate all his life. He is starting to come for treats and in time he will be trusting again. We are crate training him and he is doing excellent on his potty skills. .

Ralphy's adoption fee is $375 and included his vet package below. He is being fostered in Akron Ohio area.

He has been examined by our vet, had a 5/1 annual shot, a rabies shot and tag dewormed, heart worm tested and passed. Spayed or Neutered before adoption. Our rescues are on flea/tick and heartworm monthly preventatives in season. We also do a dental if our vet deems it necessary which is included in our adoption fee. Our adoption fee covers all vetting expenses and a small donation to cover the dogs food and care.

We send your new dog home with a copy of all vet paperwork, adoption papers, a small bag of the dog food they have been on and information on taking care of the dog. Also a health folder for your vet and notes from our foster mom on their schedule, habits and socialization skills.

We do adopt our rescue dogs to adjourning states and some others within driving distance of the foster family. We DO NOT SHIP OUR DOGS--the adoptive parents must meet the dog at the foster mother’s home. This will give the adoptive family a chance to meet the dog before they adopt it. Our dogs are fostered in NE Ohio and surrounding areas.
