Felix's Story...
UPDATE!...Felix has begun purring!

Felix is independent, curious and smart. He's not a lap cat right now. There is just too much too see and do! This may change as he matures, though. Right now, he's just all about playing!

Felix is gray with a white chest and white feet. His coat is medium length and fluffy. He was born in a TTRA foster home on May 25th and he is 16 weeks old. He's current on shots and wormings. His mother is Tess, who can also be viewed on the website. Tess has been combo tested and is negative for FeLuk and FIV. The outside picture was taken while ON A LEASH under direct supervision.

Please apply if you are interested in adoption. Here is a link to our online application. Application

Please Note: We are not a shelter. Our rescued cats are kept in foster homes. We only adopt our cats into INSIDE ONLY homes. We show pets to potential adopters by appointment.

If the cat you are interested in has not been spayed or neutered yet, it will be prior to adoption or will be as a condition of adoption. NO EXCEPTIONS

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Felix, a Montevallo Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Montevallo, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Montevallo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Montevallo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Montevallo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Montevallo paves the way for another one to be saved.
