Legos's Story...
Legos is a lively, interactive, playful dog with a smooth fawn and white coat born April 2010. She's been vaccinated, dewormed, and takes heartworm prevention. Legos has also been spayed and vet checked. She's suitable for a dog experienced adopter who will continue the basic obedience training we've started. Legos should excel in training as she's intelligent and ready to learn. She loves bouncing balls and rawhide treats. Her short coat is a breeze to keep in top notch shape. Adult weight is estimated to be around 50 pounds on a muscular build. She is crate trained, is working on leash skills, and knows the sit and down commands. She is not suitalbe for a home with cats as she likes to chase them. She plays happily with medium and large dogs but tends to be too energetic for a small dog companion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Legos, a Chapel Hill Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Chapel Hill, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Chapel Hill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chapel Hill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chapel Hill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chapel Hill paves the way for another one to be saved.
