I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Rocky's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rocky's Story...
Rocky was given to the rescue when his owner died. He's an older boy but still has so much love to give. Rocky gets along fine with dogs and cats and would do well in a home that's quiet and has a lot of love and attention to give to him. He will repay it many times over! Because Rocky is a senior we are offering him at a reduced adoption fee so that he can get back into a home and a "normal" life as soon as possible!
Why go through life without a best friend?????? Look at the wee man - a best MAN indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!! This dog is currently being fostered in Tennessee until it finds its new home in New England.

****** UNFORTUNATELY FOR ALL, We CANNOT adopt our sweet dogs to families in Massachusetts. Call your legistalator and complain to him or her about the laws..........we just abide by them.**********

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocky, a Salem Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Salem, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
