My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Born in the summer of 2006, Simone is a gorgeous girl with very distinct markings and sky blue eyes. She is a sweet, sensitive soul who will make someone a wonderful companion. She is old enough to have wonderful manners without all the kitten craziness, but does like to let her hair down from time to time for a little play.


Simone likes physical affection and laps to cuddle on, but is not overly demanding for attention. She enjoys playing a bit, especially with her people, but often prefers to laze about taking cat-naps in the sun and relaxing (don't we all?!).


Simone loves belly rubs and pets, and is getting more affectionate as she settles into her new foster home. This girl is looking for a loving home where she can give and receive affection, curl up on a comfy lap, and play with her humans when it suits her.


Simone will be happy as an only cat, or in a home with another laid-back cat who does not need a close cat buddy. This 4-year old girl likes consistency and a calm environment, and can be startled by new noises and quick movements, so she will do best in a home without young children.


Simone, like all ARCF cats for adoption, has been spayed, microchipped, is up to date on vaccines, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
