Sheldon's Story...
Hi, my name is Sheldon! I was born on July 28, 2010. I came to my foster home as a lost tiny kitten. This is the first home I lived in and the first people I have been around. My foster mom cuddles me and gives me lots of kisses which makes me purr like crazy, but I am still a bit skittish. I am getting much better though! I love to run and play with my foster kitten brothers and sisters and I don't mind the two dopey labs that live here. So I guess that makes me pretty flexible in a home with other cats or dogs. So if you are looking for a long haired pretty boy who likes to purr, I am your man!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sheldon, a Sheboygan Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Sheboygan, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Sheboygan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheboygan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheboygan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheboygan paves the way for another one to be saved.
