Hello folks, my name is Sissy. I'm a 3 year old boxer mastiff mix. I am told that I am absolutely beautiful....you have to see my shiny, jet black coat in person. Anyhow, I need to find a new home. Ya see, I was originally found in a South Jersey Shelter. I am told that I came to the shelter as a stray and that I had some injury to my legs, although you would never know it by seeing me play. In fact, I don't seem to recall having any type of injury. I don't limp, I'm not in pain and I don't take meds.
I came to live with two dogs that are MUCH bigger than me, and 2 dogs MUCH smaller than me. I also have cats and bunnies to play with. I get along GREAT with the big dogs, and I also play well with small dogs that have short hair...yup you read that correctly. The problem is that I am somewhat of a big girl and sometimes I just don't realize my size and I start to play a bit too rough with the small fuzzy animals. I get kinda confused at times and think those little fuzzy kritters in the house are more toys for me to play with....they just don't seem to like it though...not sure why.....
I am looking for a home with other dogs for me to run and play with. Medium or large dogs would be great, small short haired ones are also good, but I should not go to a home with small fuzzy creatures that I may mistake for toys.
I am completely potty trained, I go into a crate without any fuss, I enjoy car rides and I love to go to the dog park. I am very quiet and don't bark very much. I have lived with kids and enjoy slobbering on them. I am a super sweet girl and have lots of BIG wet kisses to give.
