Nenna is a sweet and gentle shepherd mix. She has one brown and one blue eye so she may have some Husky in the mix. She is happy, healthy, well socialized and ready to find her forever home. She is about 10 months old and weighs 25 pounds. She loves playing with other dogs and kids, has lots of energy.. She also likes to jump and can jump very high so a fenced in yard is important.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nenna, a San Diego German Shepherd Dog/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Husky for sale in San Diego, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Husky dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Husky breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
