found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.
He is approximately a 3 year old red male with white markings. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and soon to be neutered. He was rescued from the South Central Los Angeles Animal Shelter just as his time ran out and is now waiting for his forever home.
He is extremely loving and friendly, likes tummy rubs and going on walks.
He is very alert and energetic, loving to run around the yard, but especially going on walks. He walks well on leash and does not growl or bark at other dogs passing on other side of the street. He has also been taught “Sit” and several other commands.
He did get into an altercation at the shelter so was listed as “dog aggressive”; however, a dog in the neighborhood comes up to the fence and they sniff and wag their tails without growling, so it’s possible he could accept another dog after proper acclimation. However, he might do better in a one-dog family but needs lots of love and attention. He’s very playful and stares through the windows, wanting to come be part of the family. Due to other dogs in the home who are territorial and would not accept him, he’s not brought in but family members go out to play with him and take him on walks. He is very eager to find a forever home and a person to bond with.
