Static's Story...
Oh my goodness, this is the SWEETEST dog!!! I have spent a lot of time with Static this weekend and he is just amazing! He is wonderful with the other dogs and is very tolerant of the younger, more rambunctious ones. He is very calm and quiet but has a spunky playful side that comes out as you get to know him. He is very affectionate too - I just LOVE this boy! Static’s elderly human dad passed away recently and his human mother was just not able to take care of him any longer. Static has made friends quickly here at Cedar Farm but we know he longs for a real home of his own. He’s a really good boy – very mindful and obedient. He’s crate trained and walks very well on leash. He doesn’t seem to mind our cats. Static has been neutered and is up to date on his shots. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventative for heartworms, fleas and ticks. He is microchipped with registration included. He weighs 57 lbs. and is 4 years old. If you’d like to give Static a real forever home, please call us at (336) 251-8877 or email cedarfarm@yadtel.net and we’ll send you our application form.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Static, a Mocksville Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Collie dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie breeders who help with Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
