Peaches is a gorgeous 4 year old Moluccan Cockatoo. She is an absolutely delightful bird; she is great with kids, adults, dogs and cats. Peaches is spunky and playful, she will step up and ride around the house on your shoulder, and she also gives kisses and loves constant scratches on the side of her head. She will remind you to scratch her by scratching the side of head and staring at you, just in case you forget! Since Peaches is so young she will need an owner or family that is committed to a lifetime of wonderful with her. Peaches says, “Love love”, “hello” and “pretty bird”. She likes to dance and play on top of her play stand while she looks for attention. Peaches plucks a little bit, mainly in her chest area, which is barely of concern once you see her spunky personality and adoring looks she will give you. Peaches has a healthy appetite she loves chicken, bananas, beans, apples and peas and almost anything as well as the pellet diet that she is on. Peaches will tuck herself into bed at night, just open her cage door and she will climb down and go “night night”. Peaches also likes to be held like a cat and pet, she will bury her head underneath your chin and then look up at you adoringly as you pet her! I cannot say enough about this wonderful, playful, loving bird that simply needs someone committed to giving her a lifetime of love that she truly deserves.
