I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Cara's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cara's Story...
Cara is a purebred, b/w spayed 7 year old 30 lb female border collie. She has been owned, loved and spoiled by an older lady who can no longer care for Cara. Unfortunately none of her children or grandchildren are willing to give Cara the home she needs, so her owner asked us to find her a loving home.
Cara is housebroken, good with children, loves to go for car rides. She is mischievous, loyal and energetic. She gets along with cats and other dogs but should be an only pet so she gets all the attention.
We will insist that Cara go to a family that is retired so Cara can love them all day long. She needs a fenced yard, a long walk once a day, her own chair to lie in and to be spoiled. A car ride once in a while would be nice too.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cara, a Bellevue Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Bellevue, or seeking a Border Collie dog from a breeder in Bellevue.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellevue already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellevue breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellevue paves the way for another one to be saved.
