Cherry Head Conure

Benji is a quiet loving Cherry Head who loves attention. He likes to climb on your shoulder and cruise around the house. He prefers climbing on long sleeve shirts up your shoulder because it's difficult for him to get a grip on your skin to climb up your arm. He feels very comfortable walking around on the floor and isn't afraid of other pets. He'll greet them like they've been buddies all his life. He likes to be talked to and exchange head gestures like bobbing your head up and down, looking at him upside down and with your head crooked. His favorite seeds are sunflower seeds and he likes to eat apples. He'll even eat the seeds out of your hands. He likes to have bigger bowls of water so he can wash his face off weekly too. He prefers his perches higher in his cage so he can look at you face to face. Benji will make a wonderful addition to any family who will spend time with him daily. One day he hopes to find another Cherry Head to spend his days with too.
